Our approach presents a snapshot of in-situ, whole-installation health through a series of empirical and calculated performance metrics, up to the point of data delivery. This is presented in a comprehensive asset register with virtual electronic verification certificate, underwriting and endorsing performance or highlighting precise error with mitigation advice. This work is elevated by directly comparing meter display and comms platform outputs; in our experience a regular source of error and mis-commissioning, meaning the data you see either through automatic reports or directly through the cloud enabled software is true to, and an accurate representation of, metrological performance. Power Factor, Serial and Asset numbering, location/supply/switch and fuse details, comms ID and settings, MID compliance/conformity, CT details, Line-by-line Voltage and current, PQS, kWh, comms correlation score, status, as well as advisory notes and actions 

Fault-finding - eradicating suspected and hidden inaccuracies, mistakes and malfunctions to provide clarity, assure data and settle dispute. 

We appreciate the niche in which metering sits, and in which we thrive, lies often hidden, outside of conventional built environment project and estate management skillsets. As such, we use all available system data, billing and performance records, often in the absence of schematics and asset management practices, to logically unpick problematic data presentations to find and where possible, address the root cause. Whether issues are discovered or not, the best of our endeavours and experience, conclusions and recommendations will be included in a follow-up report, focusing on next steps whether within our reach or not.

Regulations, professional bodies and best practice methodologies such as those mandated by BREEAM are instrumental in driving improving standards across the breadth of built environment and construction industries. Trained to BREEAM Assessor certification standards, we see areas in which our own best practice within metering not only goes beyond required standards, but provides missing depth and context that such a broad set of standards cannot be expected to ensure. We use this insight proactively, highlighting though impartial Technical Notes areas in which our preferred systems and approach ensure compliance with BREEAM specifications, in support of our customers compliance standards and prestige aims. We are happy to provide this support as a customer courtesy wherever it is requested, subject to our own truthful interpretation of the complement between systems and required standards.
